Evaluation and quality control

WP leader: University of Warsaw

The WP leader is responsible for preparing the evaluation plan and all evaluation tools, coordinating and exploiting the results of evaluation activities and preparing evaluation reports.

All other partners are expected to contribute to evaluation activities according to the indications of the WP leader.

Specific objective: to properly evaluate all project processes, results and outcomes in order to identify possible problems on time end enhance the quality of teamwork and project
outputs.

WP3 “Evaluation and quality control” aims to properly evaluate all project processes, results and outcomes in order to identify possible problems on time end enhance the project
products and teamwork. The leader of this WP is the Polish partner University of Warsaw, providing a sound expertise in this crucial activity, develop through a long list of successfully
implemented EU projects . Its staff will prepare an Evaluation Plan which will be presented to the rest of the consortium during the kick-off meeting and eventually enhanced after
gathering suggestions by other participants. The University of Warsaw is in charge of the general coordination and implementation of evaluation activities, while all other partners are
expected to carry out evaluation activities according to the Evaluation Plan. Proper response times will be set for returns of evaluation questionnaires, so as to ensure timely
intervention, and any possible delays will be promptly communicated to the Project Manager.
The University of Warsaw will create questionnaires to measure the satisfaction level both of project staff and direct and indirect beneficiaries of project activities. Questionnaire
surveys will be conducted at all transnational meetings and pre and post the planned learning, teaching and training activities, in order to ensure quality of support provided to
participants and assess the acquisition of the expected learning outcomes. University of Warsaw will also prepare a mid-term evaluation report by the half of the project lifetime and a
final evaluation report by the end of the project, providing crucial information to the coordinator for the final report.
