ELABORATION OF MONITORING PLAN

Deliverable: Risk Management Plan

Successful project management involves effective monitoring and evaluation procedures focused on respect of internal deadlines and minimum expected requirements by partners to comply with the project work plan. Based on these assumptions, the project coordinator will share with partners a monitoring plan by the kick-off meeting, where monitoring procedures are described in detail concerning all key project activities and expected results. PArCo will manage the financial resources in order to be able for partners and project staff to deliver all the work required for the project within budget as well as scheduled timescales. Monitoring of the project progress will happen to ensure transparency and efficient use of resources, tracking of deliverables and reporting back to the consortium.
