SET UP OF A STEERING COMMITTEE AND PROJECT TEAM

The steering committee will be composed by one staff member from each partner organization and will be responsible of taking key decisions throughout the whole project lifetime. Inparticular, whenever an unexpected issue or delays occur, the steering committee, led by the project manager by the coordinator PArCo, will be responsible of identifying and taking corrective measures in order to ensure an effective use of budget and on time deliveries.
